Several dietary factors have been recognized as potential contributors to the development and severity for its inflammatory oxidative effects. Some food groups such fruits vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats appear exert positive effects on disease. On other hand, high consumption salt, saturated fats, trans-fat seems opposite effect. Nonetheless, foods are not consumed separately, more research warranted topic patterns. The mechanisms underlying these associations yet fully understood, but it thought can modulate both immune system inflammation, two key exacerbation. purpose this review examine how common patterns associated with asthma.
